MANILA, Philippines — A Dutch naval frigate arrived in Manila on Friday for a goodwill visit aimed at deepening maritime cooperation with the Philippines and reinforcing freedom of navigation in the Indo-Pacific. The Royal Netherlands Navy’s HNLMS De Ruyter (F804) is in the country from May 22 to May 24 as part of the “Pacific Archer” deployment, a broader mission to engage regional partners and support maritime security and international law.
