Tow truck driver charged with fracturing wife's arm with chair, obstructing policeman

MELAKA: A tow truck driver pleaded not guilty at the Ayer Keroh Sessions Court today to a charge of causing grievous hurt to his wife by throwing a vanity table chair at her earlier this month.
