LTFRB warns coops, firms that won't give payouts to drivers under SCP
MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) may summon or suspend transport cooperatives or corporations that will not distribute payouts to their drivers who participated in the Service Contracting Program (SCP). The agency earlier announced that the implementation of the program will end on Friday, May 22. LTFRB board manager Atty.
