For many stray cats roaming the streets of Laoag City, finding safety, food, and care is a daily struggle. But inside a humble home called CAThography Cat Cabin, 64 rescued cats are given a second chance at life. Founded by solo animal rescuer Sheena Leigh Cabuyaban, 28, the cat cabin has become a refuge where abandoned and injured cats can eat, rest, recover and eventually find loving “fur-ever” homes.
