Panfilo “Ping” Lacson on Friday claimed that former Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III was removed from the Senate leadership partly because some lawmakers felt he did not know how to “take care” of fellow senators, a remark Lacson linked to alleged expectations for funding and project allocations.
