CICC files sedition complaint vs Isabela vice mayor who urged 'revolution' online

The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center has filed a criminal complaint against the vice mayor of an Isabela town for inciting to sedition, rebellion, and unlawful use of means of publication.
