CEBU CITY, Philippines — Students, labor groups, and activists gathered Thursday night outside the University of the Philippines Cebu campus to honor slain alumnus and labor rights advocate Vince Francis “Ding” Dingding. They also renewed calls for justice following the killing of the so-called “Cauayan 5” in Negros Occidental.
