Flood control trial: Witness submits list of infra proponents to court

MANILA, Philippines — A witness from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has submitted before the Sandiganbayan the list of lawmakers who made project requests to the agency. Gerald Longoria of the DPWH programming division brought the documents before the anti-graft court to comply with the subpoena made by Associate Justice Ronald Moreno of the antigraft Third Division. Atty. Dennis Pulma, Third Division’s clerk of court, told the Inquirer that Longoria submitted the documents on Wednesday afternoon.
