NBI to turn over Bato dela Rosa to DOJ once arrested – Matibag

MANILA, Philippines – Once arrested, Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa will be turned over by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to the Department of Justice (DOJ), according to NBI Director Melvin Matibag. Matibag made the statement during a press conference on Friday, saying the NBI’s dedicated team is already tracing the senator’s location to serve the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) over his alleged involvement in former President Rodrigo Duterte’s bloody war on drugs.
