Gaza healthcare, aid systems 'decimated', NGOs warn at UN

UNITED NATIONS: More than six months after the United Nations endorsed a peace plan in Gaza, the humanitarian situation there remains catastrophic, three global NGOs said Thursday, calling on Israel to respect its obligations.
