China says it opposes official exchanges between US, Taiwan

BEIJING: China’s foreign ministry said on Thursday that its opposition against official US exchanges with Taiwan remain consistent, clear and firm, after US President Donald Trump said he would talk to Taiwan President Lai Ching-te.
