Amazon to invest over US$33bil in Southeast Asia cloud, AI infrastructure by 2039

SINGAPORE: Amazon said here on Thursday it plans to invest more than US$33 billion in cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand by 2039, underscoring the region's growing role in global digital expansion, reported Xinhua.
