MANILA, Philippines — A patrolman was arrested for allegedly drawing his gun at a vendor and a parking attendant in Manila, the police said on Thursday. In a statement, the MPD said it had arrested the suspect after both victims reported the incident to the police after it had taken place in front of a bar at the corner of Moret and Loyola Streets in Sampaloc last Tuesday. “The suspect, allegedly without provocation, drew a firearm and pointed it at the first victim, a local vendor,” the city police explained.
