Regine Velasquez not retiring yet, Ogie Alcasid clarifies

Regine Velasquez is not hitting retirement anytime soon even as her October concert is being touted as her finale show on the big stage, according to her husband, singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid. At a press conference for Alcasid’s forthcoming “Daddyokie” Father’s Day concert, he was asked about how he and Velasquez discussed her supposed withdrawal from the concert scene, and he quickly clarified that she is nor retiring yet from show business, or from the concert scene.
