Lorry drivers escape jail, fined RM6,000 each over separate fatal accidents in Batu Pahat

BATU PAHAT: Two lorry drivers were fined RM6,000 each by the magistrate's court here today after pleading guilty to alternative charges of careless and inconsiderate driving that resulted in the deaths of a motorcyclist and a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) driver.
