Defence minister 'disappointed' by lawsuit over Darwin port ownership

Chinese-owned company Landbridge launched legal action earlier this year following a pledge by the Prime Minister to return the port to Australian hands. Defence Minister Richard Marles says the government will fight the suit and remained committed to finding a domestic buyer.
