Ukraine's UN ambassador urges Security Council to strip Russia of permanent member status over attacks on Ukraine

Andrii Melnyk, Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, called for a political and legal mechanism to remove Russia from its permanent seat on the UN Security Council over its aggression against Ukraine.
