MANILA, Philippines — Forty-three areas are forecast to record “danger” level indices on Thursday, May 21, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. “Danger” level heat indices refer to those ranging between 42°C and 51°C, and bring increased risks of heat cramps and heat exhaustion, which could then lead to heat stroke.
