Gov’t told to immediately execute arrest warrant vs Dela Rosa
MANILA, Philippines — The Center for International Law (CenterLaw) on Wednesday called on the Philippine government to immediately execute the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa in connection with his role in the Duterte administration’s bloody war on drugs. CenterLaw executive director Gilbert Andres made the call the same day the Supreme Court denied Dela Rosa’s prayer for temporary legal protection against the ICC arrest.
