Napolcom: New raps for vlogger Francis Leo Marcos over unlicensed guards

MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) has filed additional criminal complaints against vlogger Norman Mangusin, more commonly known as Francis Leo Marcos, in connection with allegedly unlicensed security guards. In a statement on Tuesday night, the National Police Commission (Napolcom) said the CIDG had filed the complaints against Mangusin and nine others earlier that day before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office for violation of Republic Act No. 11917 or the Private Security Services Industry Act.
