MANILA, Philippines — A police sergeant was arrested for an alleged lascivious act against a 14-year-old girl in Malabon City, the police said on Wednesday. The alleged incident took place along Salmon Street in Barangay Longos on Tuesday night, according to Malabon police chief Col.
