Raps filed by vlogger vs radio station manager dismissed

DAGUPAN CITY, Pangasinan — The Dagupan City Prosecution Office has dismissed libel and other criminal complaints filed by a local vlogger against a radio station manager for “lack of prima facie evidence with reasonable certainty of conviction.” The cases for perjury, falsification of public documents, and obstruction of justice were among the charges filed by Jaime Aquino against former Pangasinan 4th District Rep. Christopher de Venecia and Aksyon Radyo Pangasinan manager Violy Valdez-Ferrer.  Similar complaints earlier filed had also been dismissed.
