MANILA, Philippines — Several past and present lawmakers have called on law enforcement agencies to treat the absence of a temporary restraining order (TRO) from the Supreme Court (SC) as a go signal to arrest Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa, based on a warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC). In a statement on Tuesday, Akbayan party-list Rep.
