MANILA, Philippines — Southern Luzon Command (SOLCOM) Commander Lt. Gen. Cerilo C. Balaoro Jr., PA, and former Deputy Speaker and TOWR-NOL Commander Brig. Gen. Mikee Romero led two major outreach missions with multi-sectoral groups deep into the remote mountain areas of Mindoro to bring assistance to marginalized Mangyan communities.
