Evidence needed before ending Tennoji Zoo elephant programme, says council

IPOH: The Taiping Municipal Council said allegations of elephant welfare neglect at Tennoji Zoo in Japan must be supported by evidence before any move to end the cooperation programme or initiate repatriation is considered.
