Replacement for resigned House solon takes oath

MANILA, Philippines — The replacement for one of the two party-list lawmakers who resigned from the House of Representatives has taken oath of office before Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III, hours after the Commission on Elections (Comelec) made the proclamation. During the session on Wednesday, Karl Josef Legazpi took his oath before Dy as the new representative of Pinoy Workers party-list. Legazpi was previously appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as the second Commissioner-at-Large of the National Youth Commission.  Comelec proclaimed Legazpi after former Rep.
