MANILA, Philippines — Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla on Wednesday said the Justice department will have to take the lead on the issue of enforcing the International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant for Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court (SC) denied dela Rosa’s request for a temporary restraining order (TRO) to block a potential arrest by the ICC.
