Mandaue police to monitor spray paint purchases to address vandalism
MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Mandaue City police are pushing for stricter monitoring of spray paint purchases as part of efforts to address vandalism incidents in the city. MCPO Director Police Colonel Cirilo Acosta Jr. admitted that vandalism remains a challenge despite constant monitoring in different areas of the city.
