Nga warns lifetime ban for misuse of Simen Rahmah cement

PUTRAJAYA: Developers and contractors who misuse subsidised cement allocated under the Simen Rahmah scheme risk a lifetime ban from the industry, Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming said.
