Missing sabungeros' kin file complaint vs. cops over 'bribery, obstruction'

Families and relatives of the missing cockfight enthusiasts or sabungeros on Wednesday filed complaints with the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) against cops over alleged bribery and obstruction of justice.
