Chancellor’s planning shake-up would ‘reduce exposure from judicial review on all but human rights grounds’ Rachel Reeves is ​preparing to announce a planning shake-up ‌that would fast-track clean energy ​and infrastructure projects by curbing judicial reviews, the ​Treasury said.
