Nga expands 'Simen Rahmah' scheme, cuts cement prices by up to 32pct

PUTRAJAYA: Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming has announced an expansion of the ‘Simen Rahmah’ initiative, cutting cement prices by up to 32 per cent to help keep housing affordable.
