KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) is unlocking the value of one of its prime hospitality assets, with a long-term leasing arrangement for Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur that could generate up to RM192.15 million in recurring rental income over 20 years.
