Singapore to block VEP renewals for foreign vehicles with unpaid fines

SINGAPORE: Malaysian motorists with unpaid traffic or parking fines in Singapore risk being denied Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) applications or renewals beginning Nov 2 this year under a tougher enforcement policy introduced by the republic’s authorities.
