CEBU CITY, Philippines – Karapatan Central Visayas raised alarm over the reported move by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to transport the remains of Cebuano Vince Francis Dingding, who was involved in an alleged armed encounter in Cauayan town, Negros Occidental. In a statement posted on social media, Karapatan CV disclosed that friends and paralegals of the late Dingding visited Cauayan to pay their respects.
