Woman, grandchild drown crossing swollen river in Davao del Sur
DIGOS CITY, Davao del Sur – The bodies of an elderly barangay health worker and her 5-year-old grandchild were retrieved by joint search and rescue personnel on Tuesday night after they were reported missing, believed swept by raging floodwater while crossing a river in Barangay San Agustin here on Monday.
