PH Navy: Fleet capabilities now on par with some Asean neighbors

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Navy said on Tuesday that its capabilities are now comparable with those of some Southeast Asian neighbors, as ongoing modernization efforts expand fleet capacity, endurance, and operational reach across the country’s maritime zones. Rear Adm.
