Man charged in three B.C. extortion attacks in Surrey, Abbotsford

SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA - A man arrested in December in Abbotsford, B.C., has been charged with extortion using a firearm after being linked to two other cases in the Metro Vancouver city of Surrey.
