Another air threat alert Tuesday evening in Ludza and Balvi districts of Latvia

The National Armed Forces have issued a second warning on Tuesday covering Balvi and Ludza municipalities in eastern Latvia regarding a potential threat to airspace. A cell broadcasting alert was sent to residents of these municipalities.
