Another air threat alert Tuesday evening in Ludza and Balvi, Latvia

The National Armed Forces has issued the second warning on Tuesday in Balvi and Ludza municipalities regarding a potential threat to airspace. A cell broadcasting alert was sent to residents of these municipalities.
