Hajiji: Sabah to defer MCBA policy over immigration rights concerns

KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government will defer the implementation of the Malaysia Border Control and Protection Agency (MCBA) policy pending assurances that the state’s special rights, immigration autonomy and authority will not be eroded.
