In footage shared online, the settler is seen picking up a concrete block and hurling it at two cats during an Israeli army raid on the town of Atara, north of Ramallah. Days earlier, a dog belonging to a Palestinian family in the town was also attacked by a settler. Video of the incident shows the settler repeatedly beating the chained dog with wooden sticks while another chained dog barks nearby. The dog, named Lucy, had been raised by the family for around 18 months. She suffered severe injuries and was taken for treatment. According to Haaretz, her condition has since stabilised. The Palestinian owner, who requested anonymity for fear of reprisals, said the dog had been tied up for guarding purposes and posed no threat. "She wasn't loose, she didn't attack him or bite him," he told Haaretz. "He attacked a tied-up dog."         View this post on Instagram                       A post shared by Middle East Eye (@middleeasteye) A veterinarian told the newspape...
