A Pasig court has allowed the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to open the gadgets of Peanut Gallery Media Network (PGMN) founder Franco Mabanta and others following an alleged extortion try against former Speaker Martin Romualdez, the bureau said Tuesday.
