CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Toledo Xignex Trojans closed their Professional Chess Association of the Philippines (PCAP) All-Filipino Conference elimination round on a high note after securing two victories over the weekend. The Toledo Trojans were awarded default wins against the Mindoro Tamaraws and the Zamboanga Sultans, both carrying identical 21-0 scores, to cap their strong run in the Southern division as they shift focus to the playoffs scheduled on May 23.
