BIR extends submission deadline of audited financial statements to May 25

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has extended the deadline for the online submission of 2025 audited financial statements (AFS) and other mandatory attachments to May 25 without penalties, the agency announced on Monday night. Under Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 46-2026, the extension applies to taxpayers who failed to submit the attachments due to system-related technical issues in the Electronic Audited Financial Statements (eAFS) facility.
