MANILA, Philippines — Any attempt to arrest or surrender Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa without a locally issued judicial warrant is entirely unauthorized, unlawful, and an unconstitutional shortcut. In a 117-page reply to the comment submitted by the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) to the Supreme Court, Dela Rosa, through his legal team led by Atty. Israelito Torreon said the senator is not claiming an exemption from legal accountability.
