NST Leader: Malaysia must rethink what affordable housing really means

MALAYSIA faces a housing paradox. “Affordable” homes are in far-flung areas, a great distance away from jobs, public transport, schools and healthcare, while urban areas with all the opportunities come with too high a price tag.
