MANILA, Philippines — Philippine pop sensation BINI visited the House of Representatives on Monday to receive a congressional resolution honoring its performance at the Coachella music festival. “BINI’s Coachella moment belongs to every young Filipino who has ever dreamed of bringing our music, language and creativity to the global stage,” Majority Leader and Ilocos Norte Rep.
