MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court (SC) did not issue a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) but ordered executive officials to comment within 72 hours on Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa’s motion questioning the validity of the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC). Respondents include the Executive Secretary, the Department of Justice (DOJ), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
