Megaworld ramps up regional expansion of office projects

MANILA, Philippines — Property giant Megaworld Corp. is expanding its office footprint outside Metro Manila, banking on a rising demand for workspace in regional growth centers. The Andrew Tan-led firm said Monday that it was rolling out new office projects in Bulacan province and the cities of Bacolod and Davao that would add more than 51,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) to its portfolio.
